Re: Throwbag / throwline
:wavey I have started a new thread for this, although it was prompted by posts on another thread: http://www.f-ribsandsibs.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2307&hilit=throwline&start=40#p26137 I wanted to make it easier to find. Douglas and Chris had brought up the subject of throwbags/throwlines and I ment...

Re: Gutted
Don't you just love these ever so helpful places. I go to a site at Ullswater where they charge you £4 a night for a boat trailer but nothing for a normal trailer and there's acres of space.

Re: Dry bags
Thanks Paul B, I was just wondering when they'd have them back in as I wanted to replace a couple of my old ones.

Re: Drone / quad copters....
Have you looked at the new Dji Spark. (The mavics little brother) It's more expensive at £520 for the drone or £699 for the combo pack.
I,m considering it but it's still a fair bit of money for a toy!

Re: Problem with F_Rib
I've managed to fix both valves now, although I did end up using silicone as I couldn't get them to seal without it.

Re: Problem with F_Rib
Thanks for the replies, I've spoken to Steve at F-Rib and that's exactly what he's suggested doing.
I'll give it a try tonight and see how I get on.
It's only wise to ignore advice once you've actually listened to it.

Re: Problem with F_Rib
Hi Paul
I thought I'd seen something about this before but couldn't find it.
I thought I might have to get in touch with F-Rib but I've only got this week before I head up the west coast for a week's holiday and hoped there might be an easy fix!
I'll email them tonight and see what they recommend.

Re: More Beachmaster vs FRIB wheels questions
I have the beachmaster wheels fitted to my 375 and I would highly recommend them. They're super easy to fit and remove and an absolute breeze to put up and down on the water. The only down side apart from the cost is the fact that is harder to mount the OB as you need to tilt it first or put the whe...

Re: What size anchor?
A gorilla tub sounds like a good idea for storage, I've been using an old rucksack but is a pain to get the anchor in and out.
I've now ordered the 2kg Bruce kit.
