Yeah that's it warder,I've got an alloy honwave as well and it's quite heavy so looking for something with a bit more power and a bit lighter on fuel

My 15hp planes my f rib and my heavier honwave so I don't really need the extra power Plus I've just bought a canoe so hopefully I'll stop being so lazy an...

Ah right I thought cos 15 and 20hp were the same weight they would be same block
How come a prop change makes such a difference? ( sorry I'm clueless about these things)

Hi all was just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to upgrade a Suzuki fr 15hp to a 20hp
It's a carb model not efi (2011)
I wasn't sure if it was as simple as a carb swap
I might trade my engine in and get a new 20hp, but if it was simple to upgrade I'd consider doing that

Hi Martin Useful to know thanks Do you know if this problem affects the earlier carb models or the new efi models or both? Mine is a 2011 and I'm having some trouble with it, sounds like it's back firing. It's just started happening following me cleaning out the carb after a blocked idle jet. Thanks
