By a family member no engine and after a few days you need to put more air in one of the tubes ...is it worth keeping ?

Sea rider sr4
I've joined this forum to find out about a sea rider sr4 I've been left by a family member ...it has no engine and one of the uses let's air out very slowly I noticed 2 patches on it ........
Is it worth keeping or do I scrap it ....
