Re: Propeller spare choice
Thanks for your reply Martin. I've had a play on the Vicprop calculator website https://vicprop.com/planing_size_new.php/?action=calculate It doesn't help a great deal so I'll look at measuring the revs on WOT once I've run the engine in. I think the supplied propeller is probably a good match as th...

Propeller spare choice
I've had a look on line and in the forum and didn't quite get the answers to some questions about spare propeller choice. I've read that carrying a spare propeller is advisable and I can see the sense in that. I've never had a problem with my old Seagull but they are pretty bombproof. Better to have...

Re: Boatworld sib issue
Managed to upload the photos. You can see how well the seat moulding fits the bead. Not sure if it helps. Are you still having problems with the seat attachment on the 3.2 Air Floor?

Re: Boatworld sib issue
A follow up from my previous reply. I'm finding it easier to fit the seats when the tubes are pumped up. It's easy to see if you have engaged the seat slots on to the bead. I cleaned the sib yesterday so I took a few photos to show how well the seat slots fit. I don't seem able to attach them just y...

Re: Hi all, Andy from Scotland just joining
Thanks for the welcome Roger. We'll be back to the Gairloch area as it's quite sheltered and an interesting coastline. There's a slip near by the harbour that we'll use as it will be a day trip from home rather than the camp site slip at Big Sand. Also plan to visit Arisaig in September so will post...

Hi Ray, how did you get on in Loch Linnhe?
It's fairly local to me and I hope to get down there, perhaps camping at Linnhe Lochside campsite at Corpach as they have a slip in to Loch Eil.

Re: New member from Seattle, WA-US
Hi Edward Doesn't seem you've had anyone reply to your post. I'm no expert on F-RIBs but if the boat hasn't been stored well I'd be very wary. There may be other hidden faults lurking to catch you unawares and not worth the risk unless you can source a professional repair facility. How about conside...

Hi Jon Consider signing up to a Short Range Certificate course for your marine radio license. Course can be done on line or by attendance at a training centre as nd give a good grounding in the correct use of the marine VHF channels. https://www.rya.org.uk/training/courses/marine-radio-short-range-c...

Re: Hi all, Andy from Scotland just joining
Hi Martin Thanks for the welcome message. It's great to have my own boat modest as it may be! My only boating since owning the Campari as a teenager has been using clinker wooden boats for loch fishing and helping a friend with a 13m sailing yacht down the Caledonian canal. I used the Seagull regula...
