Re: What have you been doing, other than boating
Considering buying another house, until building a shed no room to stash the sib, engine and other boating stuff... ☹️ On the other hand a great opportunity thinking about stashing things properly and more handy in the new house! 😀 Besides that, another toy for a boy, a RC stadion truck with a lipo ...

Re: Bargain trolley?
I have a kind of similar kayak trolley, bought for the wife’s Kayak. Brand new, never used because the kayak was carried everytime she used it. I once tried it as a bow trolley but it didn’t work. It kept flipping over.

Hey Martin, a great OB, especially when there’s no water in the built in fuel filter.
Problem solved by adding an inline fuel filter so you have a visual check.
I like the trolling function too. Very handy while cruising at low speed. You should Google Giethoorn then you now what I mean.
Cheers

I bring the OB for servicing everytime after the season. My season ends september or oktober, depending the weather. I bought it in spring so the first year it had two services.

Re: Hi Peeps
We hop islands in Croatia with a Honwave T40 and Yamaha 25hp. The power is ok but I think the bottom is too flat for the surf, people in front bounce out of the boat sometimes. :P I think the package of a F-rib 430is bigger then the T40, I put the alu separate in the car. We also go to Holland for o...

Re: Wow.... .price for service Honda BF15d
I pay about 145€ for annual maintenance including read out of the engine. I discovered the fuel filter wasn’t checked, it contained a bit water which gave me trouble from time to time. The guy thought it was an electronic problem. Another official dealer cleaned it and advised to put an inline filte...

Re: Suzuki DF20AS
Maybe slightly off topic but 3 years ago I went for the Yamaha 25hp because I thought I could handle the extra 10kg. Two people taking it in or out the car is fine. Worst case I can handle by my own, I don’t have to lift it very high. I put it on a fleece or something and can easely pull the engine ...

Re: Go Pro
Hi ChrisParish, do you use the gimbal handheld or mounted? If not handheld, where and how do you mount it? I only used my Feiyu G6 mounted on the stainless tube (gimbal not on the picture) but the weight made it point downwards after a minute. I’m planning to use it with two mounting brackets in ste...

This is the set up. (Without gimbal) I secured the camera with a wristwrap, you never know...
