Proper bummer that Paul and way below what you’d expect from Honda Marine.
Not the dealers fault at all and hopefully they’ll put it right for you without issue and batter Honda Marine for the privilege.

Consumer rights, distance selling regs and the fact you’ve reported it stand you in the right position and I have no doubt you’ll be receiving another boat shortly :thumbsup

Sort it out Honda Marine, that’s poor quality control and certainly not what we’d expect from you as a quality brand

I’ve had a emailed response from the supplier this morning, saying that they believe the hull is a right off as it appears that the hull hasn’t been aligned properly when bonding, so it couldn’t be repaired, not that I would accept a repair anyway  ,

They are awaiting final response from Honda, so just have to sit tight and await the outcome,

That's great Paul, if the supplier is backing you hopefully it will be dealt with quickly.

I had a warranty claim on my brand new T32IE after just two outings. The dealer said "it will be resolved, but may take a couple of weeks". Honda replaced the boat with a brand new one within a month (including Xmas and new year in between). I cannot fault Honwave for there after sales service. It will get resolved Paul.

Yes Chris. I’m sure they will sort it, but I won’t be waiting 1 month for it to be sorted, This is brand new out of the box, inflated and fault / issue reported same day, I’m not worried at all as the dealer has already stated that it’s a scrapper as it cannot be repaired ,

Just waiting for them to confirm how they are going too sort it

It’s not just the bow section which is badly made, was looking at the stern tonight and noticed this

As you will notice the keel strip is not central at the back either, they must have been pissed or very cross eyed
