Maybe should have gone for an F-RIB, Paul - the rigid bottom would allow it to double up as a sledge.
cheers

Re: My new Boat
Exciting times Paul, as you already know the Honwaves you just know you'll love this one. Just back from walking my dog on Montrose beach, despite a stiff breeze the North Sea was a flat calm. So tomorrow if same wind direction, going to get the cold weather gear on and take the new Tohatsu 20 out for a running in trip on the estuary and maybe out to sea. I'll start a new thread to report on the outboard.rogerblack wrote:Paul B wrote:It’s arrived, shame about the weather though

Re: My new Boat
Get it blown up outside Paul.
Mine's is out the back garden now covered in a foot of snow.
Be interested to know if the dimensions are still the same as my old timer....?
Have fun when you get out in it

Re: My new Boat
Weather permitting it’s going to be inflated this weekend , I need to try it on my trailer to see what mods the trailer needs,
I suspect that I haven’t enough room on the drawbar to move the winch post forward enough so that the transom is above the rear keel roller,
