Mine are genuine Honda as well, but I have no idea if they are heavy duty or standard.

Thank you everyone so much for the replies, and yes they were sold to me as genuine honda wheels, Just got off the phone to them and they tell me that 'Trem' make them for Honda. hmmmm anyway they are being returned in the morning for a full refund and we have ordered the heavy duty ones that Paul posted on page 3 of this thread. Lets hope they do the Job and get us back on the road!!.

Kaman, What were the size of the large wheels you put on the Honwave transom wheels?

Was it a straight swap or did you have to make a mod, if so what?

definitely want wider wheels on my Honwave T3.8 transom wheels cos of sot sand/shingle beeach I launch off.

Hi Acidcloud.
I'd need to dig them out of the shed.
I took them directly off my dinghy launch trailer see link :

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre ... 2498975683

I had to cut a piece off of the plastic hub on the outside edge so as to accomodate the split pin but hub diameter was spot on.

Most wheels / tyres give the hub and tyre dimensions.
If I get a chance I'll have a look over the weekend :thumbsup

Hi again Acidcloud.
I looked at pic I posted.
Looks like dimensions are:
4.10 / 3.50 /6

Screenshot_2017-11-17-17-06-45.png

I'd imagine that means 4.10 inches wide
3.50 inches profile
6 inch wheel.
Think hub diameter is 1 inch :drive

Ok I guess that would make it a 14 inch diameter wheel.

My current wheels are 250cm in diameter and 85mm wide tire on 20mm wide axle and 75mm long to locking pin.
so 10 inch diameter, 3.5 inch wide tyre, 3 inch long axle.

Measuring stainless steel transom posts 14 inch diameter wheels will be just touching the bend of my Honda original heavy duty transom posts.
How much clearance do you have , did you use an inside spacer / washer to get clearance?

Thanks very helpful

Hi A.C
I don't have a pic of the larger wheels on the T3.8.
I have tried them and there is bags of clearance from the bend in the leg and from the bottom of the trim tabs.
I did need a small washer on the inside to stop the tyre wall scrubbing on the leg.
I'll be taking both sets of wheels on my jollies .
Depending on my launch / retrieval sites I'll use accordingly.
The R clips make changing the wheels a few second job.
Here's a pic of the standard wheels on the sib.
