Ok people how about a fishing trip at mackerel point Anglesey we launch at trearrdur bay it's takes around 10/15 minutes to get too,so don't forget you need a licence in Wales £20 at launch or £15 from council offices prior to date and £16 to launch its well worth the price Anglesey is stunning.
Iam also up for any other suggestions.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's free to launch if you outboard is less than 10hp

You still need a licence and valid insurance regardless of what size your motor is

Have you fished here before Pugwash? Nala lives on Aglesey and would probably advise best time/tides, but not sure he's about at the moment!

if not Anglesey what about meeting Stray up Redcar way, for a cod bashing session? :D

I'm thinking Redcar too, saves all the silly licencing crap for those that don't have it..
Stray, you up for taking the kiddies out on a guided tour of your fishing ground :fishing

The crystal ball is still cloudy as to the weather in a week and a half's time. But if the weather happens to be OK, I'd suggest 2 man crews if you haven't launched, and landed, from an open beach before.
