A bit slow following up on this one... The parts arrived the week before last from Outboards Direct, in time for me to fit for a couple of long days boating/fishing over the bank holiday weekend.

I took the opportunity to get some oil in to the throttle cable with the twist grip dismantled and plenty of grease in the helix assembly when fitting which - combined with the new parts - has made the throttle response far smoother and more refined. It may have cost a few quid, but it feels like a new motor now :D.

Well done buddy. I went up in the loft yesterday and couldn't find the bits so I think I chucked them.
I bet it was expensive, it was for me.
