New Plastic Bathtub!

Post by harrison » 09 Mar 2018, 19:05

So gonna christen this new section.

Collected today a new little Bic Sportyak 8ft plastic bath.
Couldn’t sell my beloved 2.3 Honda so in the time honoured tradition of n+1 boats, duly got this to keep by the beach for balmy evening soirée’s, tender duties, rowing, sculling, fishing? etc.
Looking forward to getting this little orange beggar wet...hoping to make Si’s Ouse trip later this month...won’t be able to keep up though.

For the duties you're putting this to undertake I'd say you've got it covered :thumbsup
Liking the design and features it has inbuilt, looks well built, un-sinkable and should be pretty much bomb, used and abused proof ;-)
Now to get it out on the water :drive and do 'stuff' in it :D
:cheers

After a cracking day hooning around in the rib on the Northumbrian Riviera with No.1 son, conditions were so good seemed a shame to call it a day.
Slowing things down a tad we broke out the plastic bath tub and paddle board for a couple of leisurely hours bay hopping. 8-)
