That's what I run mine at, and I'm pretty sure Martins was set the same, could be all the weight you've got in the boat and the placement of it all, try moving stuff a bit further back, is the boat getting up on plane properly or is the bow digging in a bit
Admittedly there is a lot of weight up front but it gets up on the plane very well though

Have you tried it without all your gear onboard, that will give us a better idea

With a 20hp honwave t40 ali floor i could acheive 19 knots on average......good boats its not all about speed they can support 1 ton of weight!!!!! And are as stable as oil rig in flat calm. Great boat enjoy

Went on the trip 0n 8th Oct to Poole harbour and achieved 24 mph. Me 30 litres of fuel 1 litre of coffee and 40 fags. Much happier and I kept up!! :yay :clappy
