Defo up for a run out on 24th!

My wifey is going to a yoga retreat that w/e so I will be up for any itinerary / conditions this time.

The forts off of Herne Bay sound like a good option.

I'll have a gander and share some launch options on the portal asap.

Cheers,

H

We're not having much luck with dates this year mate :(
Let's hope we have more luck with the remaining 6 months of the 'season'

Hey Haydn
Sorry for the delay :shame and thanks for the info mate :thumbsup
Shame there's not a better 'take-up' than just the 2 of us :?
With none of the 'locals' showing any interest and neither of us familiar with this area of water, this is what I've found out.
Here's a very rough passage plan just to give you an insight of what's there ......... 1, 2 and 3 being the approximate location of each of the Forts.

Here's the tides for the area on the day

Let me know what you think/want to do ;-)

Excellent nice one Paul! I'm well up for it if you can still make it.
It should only be 1.5 hours or so from my place so can get there anytime that suits if you are still up for just the two of us heading out?
I will be heading down there in a brand new (20 year old) VW camper van so can get a brew and the bacon rolls sorted when I get there!
Also got a half decent pair of binoculars I use for watching the neighbors so we might be able to get a visual on the forts etc.
Cheers H

Haydn
Yes mate I'll be up for it subject to the weather forecast :thumbsup ...... how could I refuse a bacon butty anyhow :no
It's a 2.5 hour drive for me so we'll watch the forecasts and make a decision on the Thursday
I'll post up forecasts on the lead up so we can re-arrange location if needs be so we'll still get some play time :drive
Let's see how it unfolds.
:cheers
