Bow spray hoods

Post by Johnny Honwave » 19 Nov 2016, 19:47

Hi
Maybe a daft question but would a f rib 360 or 375 spray hood fit my Honwave t38 I noticed they use the same or simlar edge strip around the tubes.or is the bow a totally different shape.?
They are great because they have the window.
Cheers for any feed back on this.

Johnny
It's a shame you don't live nearer to me as you're more than welcome to try mine
The boats do have the same rubbing streak and the bow and shape is similar, so with a wee bit of adjustment of the hoop and straps it may fit :Confused

If you fancy a great read and look at so photos  another member on here H-boyd has an alternative canopy for his F-Rib which might suit you better as it folds flat and has more 'window space' in it.
It's not a F-Rib made canopy, so it'll be interesting what boat it's designed for or maybe it's a generic one :scratch

Here's the link to his topic :Link http://f-ribsandsibs.com/viewtopic.php? ... bow+canopy
Maybe a PM to him will get a response about any questions you have ;-)

The one that Paul is referring to is an excel (boat co) spray canopy.
You'll find them on their website.

You could also manufacture your own, as I did .
