Re: T38 Transom Wheels
Thanks for all the reply’s. Fitted easily and worked fine down at Fowey last week, apart from taking them out. The 1 x pin decided it was staying put, so we had to fold it up best as we could and stuff if in the boot of the car with 1x leg still attached. 1 angle grinder later, all sorted. Just need...

T38 Transom Wheels
Any advice on fitting a pair of launching wheels to a Honwave T38? I only bought the 100kg cheaper ones, as it only goes down a concrete slipway a couple of times a year with a 10 HP on it, so won’t be pulling it over a rocky beach. There are no fitting instructions with the wheels, so I don’t want ...

Re: Evening all.
Hi Martin. Really impressed with the T38 after only using it a couple of times. So easy to set up and it fits in the boot of a Passat est, with the engine, Fuel tank, oars, pump, seats etc..... With only a 10 Hp Mercury, it does plod along ok with 4 adults, but the fun starts when it’s just me & my ...

Re: First trip on the Honwave
Looks like I really need to get that floor presure right before anything else. We tried moving weight around from the front to back, but made no difference, it was actually worse with someone at the front. Also tried the trim on 2nd and 3rd positions, but made no difference.

First trip on the Honwave
Just spent a week down at Fowey and took the new Honwave T38 out for the first time. It was so quick and easy to get set up & out on the water & no one fell in ( not even the wife ) First trip out was 4 adults and 1 child, the mercury 9.9 four stroke short shaft performed really well for the amount ...

Re: Hon wave. Which one?
Anyone ever tie their boat up in Fowey / Polruan on the pontoons? I'm trying find how much it will cost for a few days or the week. I rang the harbour office, but didn't get much sense out of her. She said something like " the fees have gone up and it's £30 a metre " I asked if that was for a week a...

Re: Hon wave. Which one?
Well I decided on the T38 in the end, I'm just I didn't get the T40, this one is plenty big enough and heavy, But I can manage it on my own though. I takes some doing to get them up to presure with the supplied foot pump, I could only get the floor to about 0.4 bar and the sides were nowhere near 0....

Re: Hon wave. Which one?
Thank's people's for the reply / help. Looks like the T38 is best buy for me. When i said three adults, the one is a 13 year old ( coming on 23 ) Teenager, so carrying shouldn't really be a problem, for him!!!!!!!!! and if it won't get up on the plane, Then him or the wife shall have to walk the pla...
